ETcleans Quarterly Maintenance Plan – Terms

Billing. Your card is charged $119.99 every 3 months until you cancel. If your plan includes a free trial, your first charge happens when the trial ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

What's included. Each billing period includes one maintenance detail for the vehicle listed at signup: hand wash, wheels and tires cleaned, tire shine, light interior vacuum, wipe-down of dash, console and door panels, interior and exterior windows cleaned, and a final touch-up.

Scheduling. We'll contact you to schedule each service. Services not used within the billing period don't roll over. Weather reschedules are free.

Vehicle condition. Heavily soiled vehicles (excess pet hair, mud, stains) may require an added fee, quoted before any work begins.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime with at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date, using the link in your receipt email or by texting [830]-307-5703. No refunds for services already billed.
